My first three attempts were pizza, then steak, then a tomahawk ribeye. The pizza will take practice, but it was fun. The bread came out beautifully and the ribeye was the single juiciest piece of steak I’ve ever had. The Cru is versatile and is also a work of art on its own. The oven was thoughtfully packaged and shipped, easy as could be to set up and get going. Can not wait to do a whole snapper next!
