The shipping documentation will be a key factor in a claim centered on product damaged during shipment so please ensure that the paperwork is signed correctly and a copy sent to us. We realize that a full inspection is sometimes impossible so if there is any issue we ask you contact us via email at support@crunorthamerica.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you too quickly and amicably resolve the situation.
