I really love it! I made the perfect crust on my pizza after about 3 pizzas before it. I definitely recommend getting larger wood so that you can keep the temperature in the perfect 400 F to 450 F. I also recommend long high temp BBQ type gloves and a long scraper and peel.
I just purchased a pizza slide to get the pizza into the oven so that when I put the unbaked pizza into the oven, it doesn’t stick, thus losing the toppings while placing it into the CRU oven.
I will check back and give more reviews over time.

So Happy
I owned a small pizza oven for years. When it was time to upgrade (so I could do bread, potatoes, steaks, etc.) I looked around A LOT. I almost pulled the trigger on another brand. After owning my Cru Champion for a month, I am confident I made the right choice. I love this thing. Well made, easy to use and super functional. Also, customer support has been amazing! Bravo, Cru!

Simple and effective
Couldn’t be happier with my new cover for my champion oven. Simple as taking down the chimney putting it all inside oven and using the fast latch tightening strap to seal everything from getting wet! Thanks again for an amazing product !
