Fast Pizzas, Slow Roasts
Because of its design, you can cook quickly with the intense heat necessary for pizzas and flatbreads when the oven door is open. Once the door is closed, there cannot be fire (as the air intake is cut) and the heat is retained inside the chamber, cooking the food through conduction and convection.

I sought out Cru after watching a cooking episode on yeschef, The oven was exercise of beautiful craftmanship. I could not be happier as i live to cook outdoors and now have the ultimate appliance in which to further educate my palate to the joy of outdoor cooking. P.S. it doesn't hurt that you can make pizza's all day long. A++

The oven itself is a beautiful thing! Very well made and very well packaged. But the delivery company totally sucks! Left a 300 lb package at the road when they were supposed to have called me to meet them to put it on a pickup! You can do a better job with your delivery companies!

I was the first person to get this Cru 90 and wow! The stones on the oven are incredible and they cook the bottom perfectly. It maintains temperature awesomely. I can cook pizza in it one night and the next day it will still be hot. The insulation on the oven is amazing. And this oven is gorgeous. Whenever someone comes in my backyard, they always say how beautiful it is! This oven can cook 4 pizza with ease and probably could hold more! And look at that price.
