Wood-Fired Salsa

600°F - 650°F

ingredients

3 roma tomatoes
1 white onion, peeled and cut in half
1 jalapeño
1 head garlic
Cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
Cumin

directions

Fire up your Cru oven. Once embers have been created, spread around the oven floor. Carefully place tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and garlic on the embers. Roast until blistered.

Once all the veggies are done (making sure there are no embers sticking on them), place them into a food processor - peel the garlic and only use the cloves, along with the rest of the ingredients.

Process to desired consistency. Enjoy!
