Wood Fire Roasted Shrimp

ingredients

1 lb 16/20 size shrimp

Marinade:
60g (4 TB) extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
2 TB minced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedge to garnish

‍Romesco Sauce

 

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients together. Brush marinade onto the cut sides of the tails.

To roast the shrimp in a Cru oven, place in grill basket. Place grill basket on top of hot embers and roast.

Serve with romesco sauce on the side.
