Boomerang Pizza Pub Style

Yeast pizza dough or sourdough pizza dough

Garlicky Cheese Sauce:
14g (1 TBSP) salted butter
120ml (1/2 cup) whole milk
112g (4oz) cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and ground white pepper to taste

Shredded mozzarella
Provolone cheese slices
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Green bell pepper, diced
Yellow bell pepper, diced
Roma tomato, diced
Red onion, diced
Crispy bacon, diced


For the Garlicky Cheese Sauce:
In a small saucepan over low heat, heat milk with butter until butter melts. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, whisking gently as the cream cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

When ready to assemble, roll out dough into desired size. Spread garlicky cheese sauce over pizza, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella. Lay slices of provolone over the mozzarella. Then sprinkle the green and yellow peppers, tomato, onion, and bacon. Finally, sprinkle shredded cheddar.

Bake in your Cru oven. For a a pub style pizza, bake around 650°F for about 4 minutes rotating as needed to ensure even baking. Whatever your temperature always watch your pizza closely.
