ingredients

56g (2oz) toasted blanched almonds
56g (2oz) toasted hazelnuts
200g roasted red pepper, canned or fresh
120g roma tomatoes
6g garlic
14g (1TB) extra virgin olive oil
15g (1 TB) sherry vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

directions

Combine all the ingredients above in a food processor or blender and process until very smooth.

Enjoy with wood fired roasted protein and/or vegetables.
