56g (2oz) toasted blanched almonds56g (2oz) toasted hazelnuts200g roasted red pepper, canned or fresh120g roma tomatoes6g garlic14g (1TB) extra virgin olive oil15g (1 TB) sherry vinegarSalt & pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients above in a food processor or blender and process until very smooth.
