Light your Cru oven - build a fire, let it heat up.
Pop Pillsbury can and unroll dough sheet. Cut into 12 even rectangles (half lengthwise, into 6 crosswise). Place a Lit'l smokie at the edge of one of the dough pieces and roll. Place each rolled piece vertically into the pie pan and repeat until full.
When your Cru wood fired oven reaches an ambient temperature of 500°F - 550°F, place the pan in the middle of the oven floor. You can cover the oven, but do watch that it doesn't scorch. Rotate every 3 minutes until it's golden brown.
Once done, take out of the oven and onto a rack. Let cool for 5 minutes until putting the rolls onto a platter. Enjoy!
