Makes One (1) 18"x13" Half Sheet Pizza
When ready to assemble, spread sauce onto stretched out pizza dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce. Place meatballs, cut side down on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with grated pecorino romano.
Bake in your Cru oven. It should take about 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes have elapsed, check the bottom for doneness. If not done, put in for another 2-3 minutes.
After cooking, sprinkle more pecorino on top.
