Gooey S'mores

Light your Cru oven - build a fire, let it heat up.

Put entire package of sugar cookie dough into your cast iron skillet. Spread to cover bottom.

When your Cru wood fired oven reaches an ambient temperature of 500°F - 550°F, place the pan in the middle of the oven floor. You can cover the oven, but do watch that the cookies doesn't scorch. Rotate every 3 minutes until it's golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Once done, take out of the oven and onto a rack. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Once cool, break chocolate into smaller pieces and spread around the surface of the cookie. Then place marshmallows, flat side up, on top of the chocolate. 

Put the pan back into the oven, rotating every 2-3 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the marshmallows are gooey and melty. Enjoy!
