Season wings with salt, then pour in Bachan's barbecue sauce and sesame oil. Mix together and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Light your Cru oven - build a fire, let it heat up.
When your Cru wood fired oven reaches an ambient temperature of 700°F - 750°F, place the cast iron skillet in the middle of the oven floor to preheat. Leave for 10 minutes.
When the skillet has sufficiently been preheated, put the wings in the skillet and place back into the oven. Cook the wings about 5-7 minutes a side until nicely browned, then flip. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F.
