Shipping was fast, oven was delivered undamaged. Really nice quality oven, has amazaing heat retention and very robust construction. Pizzas are coming out awesome. Roasted veggies are my favorite now in the Cru oven, cant wait to try new dishes.
I've been wanting a pizza oven for years and could never make up my mind which one to get. After reading so many good things about Cru, I finally bought the 30. A bit of a learning curve, but my pizzas keep getting better, and I've cooked some amazing steaks as well. If you are still on the fence, take a chance with a Cru. I am confident you won't be disappointed.
The set up is a breeze, even easier than it looks on the website. I've used it twice so far (only had it two weeks) but the pizza was delicious. Crust a little burnt but that is because of the chef. The oven heats up nicely, took me about 20 minutes as I did not want to overdo the flames and gives enough time to enjoy a cool refreshing beverage. The whole family is impressed!
We really enjoy the oven, we make pizza almost every Saturday night. It is easy to maintain and clean. My only issue with this oven is when the oven gets to temperature the small cover pops off and is hard to get back on and remain on.
