I ordered the Cru 32 while we were away on a trip as a surprise. We got home too late to try it out our first night, but the second night we got everything ready and made pizza. For our first time using something other than a baking stone in the oven we were more than impressed. The pizza was everything we were looking for. Leopard spotting on the bottom, beautifully browned toppings. By the way, thanks Cru for your 70% dough recipe. It is the dough I have always aspired to make. Amazing chew! The oven is very well made, all the tools are extremely nice as well, and we are very glad to have the cover. We will be enjoying making more pizzas, using the roasting rack, and making other things. Thank you Cru!
