The delivery and customer service has been top notch. Quick and personable responses from first placing my order to delivery and beyond. The quality of the oven construction is heavy duty and looks impressive. This is a steep learning curve- my first pizza looked like a train wreck but was perfectly crispy on the bottom and tasted like I was in Italy again. I have roasted vegetables in an iron skillet- cooked very fast and easy. I also cooked a 2" thick steak that I finished in the oven- coals were too hot- and it was DELICIOUS. I am learning the add wood to heat ratio- and am figuring it out. I am highly satisfied with the Cru experience and am energized and excited to learn more about wood fired cooking. Bread is next!

After only one weekend of owning the CRU 32 I can tell it is very well designed of high quality materials and build. Frist weekend we successfully made breakfast pizza, cinnamon rolls, calzones, multiple pizzas and burgers. No complaints at all. There is a learning curve for optimal temp for your bake but very easy to learn. Stove warms up very quickly (don't overload with wood) and maintains temp nicely. The accessories are a must have. Both peels are fantastic as is the grill insert. The brush is also high quality. The one thing that is a bit difficult to apply is the cover. The materials are high quality but I found it difficult to get the cover on with the chimney attached. Remove the chimney and it is a good fit. Clearly doens't affect the performance of a fantastic oven. No complaints. Look forward to expanding our recipe collection or wood fired foods.

The Cru 32 oven and the people at Cru have exceeded all my expectations. The oven and accessory kit arrived in perfect condition. Assembly took five easy minutes. The first firing was easy, fun and delicious. The oven operates just as advertised. Cooking with a wood fire is easier and more predictable than I had expected. The Cru accessory pack proved to be well built and very useful. The people at Cru proved to be highly responsive, helpful and friendly in every way. The recipes on Cru’s website are easy to use and delicious. Pizzas and steaks are a snap to perfect, delivering at-home food quality that matches the finest restaurants. After many months spent reviewing different ovens and fuel types, the 32’s design is a wonderful compromise of portability and size, producing flavors that can only come from a wood fire. After all that research, I expected a lot from my oven. Cru delivered. I couldn’t be more pleased with the qualities of the people and products at Cru.
